Basic Cancellation Policy:

if cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply. For cancellations within 7 to 20 days results in 50% of the cost of the stay. 1 to 6 days results in 100% of the cost of the stay. No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, results 100% charge of stay.

Our Apartments always does its best to avoid Cancellation fees for our Clients. Therefore, we strongly suggest that CANCELLATIONS must be advised at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid Penalty Charges.     

Flexible cancellation policy:  

If cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply. For cancellations later, the 100% of the 1st night will be charged. In case of no-show 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Basic Payment Policy:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. SN Santorini Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival. As well, reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation with the period, that cancellation policy apply.

Non-refundable Policy:

Guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes, or no-show.
